Welsh Secretary Dr Bob Broughton, celebrating his final ARM before retiring from the BMA, presents the STA Travel/BMA photo competition winner, Helena Possett, with her prize - a ticket to anywhere in the world. Ms Possett plans to use it to visit her brother in Ecuador.
